Today marks the end of our month long
fundraiser for the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA). We would
like to thank everyone for helping out with this fundraiser as our Vets deserve
all our support we can give them. Next on the agenda is a photo shoot out at 29
Palma Marine base on March 11th. We have been working hard rehearsing to make
sure our music for the new CD is brutal and tight. I don't think any of you will
be disappointed. Thanks again for your support.
02-28-10
Our trip to Tennessee has been delayed
by 3 weeks so our label could finish some studio construction and equipment
upgrades. We are now going to be in Tennessee from April 13th to April 19th. We
are really excited about getting in the studio and recording the new CD. It is
going to be extremely brutal and will not disappoint all you hardcore metal
freaks. It should be released this Summer worldwide. When we return from
Tennessee we will be playing a show for the US Marines in Yuma, AZ so if your in
the area check it out.
02-15-10
Attackhead is pleased to announce we
have a new bass player. Eddie "Munster" Ellis has joined our ranks and is busy
getting up to speed with all the tunes. Eddies first show will most likely take
place in Tennessee when we are there to record "Voices in the Dark - Redux" at
the end of March. Eddie is a great bass player and a great guy and we look
forward to putting on some awesome performances with him.
01-31-10
Hey all you metal masters. Exciting
things have been happening in the Attackhead camp. First off we got signed to
Twisted Hillbilly Records. We are all very happy about the deal and look forward
to working with the crew at TH soon. We plan on going to Tennessee in March to
re-record Voices in the Dark. The CD will have a new song on it and all new
artwork. It will be much more brutal than the original and will hopefully be out
in early summer. Next don't forget about our Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of
America fundraiser happening the entire month of February. We are donating 50%
of all CD sales and $1.00 for every new follower on our Twitter page (up to
$200). We have lowered the price of the CD to $10.00 so it is even more
affordable. Our Twitter address is

taking a little time between shows to work on some new material and are
planning on a local show in about a month. Until then Stay Savage!

Johnsen as our new bass player and welcome back Steve Cordero on drums. Steve is
filling in for us until we find a permanent drummer. Also we just inked a
licensing deal with Satanica Production in New Zealand to distribute our CD. We

Attackhead is pleased to announce the
addition of two new members. After several months of looking for the perfect
musicians to compliment the band we have finally done it. We would like you all
to welcome Brian Suminski on drums and Dave Dunn on bass. Both are excellent
musicians and have what it takes to get Attackhead to the next level. Also we
have been sponsored by a clothing line called BAD BONES. They have been around
for many years and have awesome T-shirt designs as well as a lot of other cool
clothes. Check them out at www.badbones.com
We are getting ready for the Spring/Summer show season and look forward to
seeing you all in the PIT.
02-15-09
Well Happy New year to all the
Attackhead rivet heads and gutter dogs out there. A lot has happened since
November when I last posted. Steve Cordero and Christian Bargados have decided
to leave the band. Steve found he did not have the time to commit to the band
anymore and Christian went back to Argentina for a while. We were very sad to
lose both Steve and Chris and we wish them all the best in their future
endeavors. But the good news is we have found a new bass player and are working
on a new drummer. I will put out all the new member info very soon so you can
see our latest additions. If all goes well we should be out and gigging within
the next couple of months. We will most likely start our assault with Vegas in
the spring and will play a show for the men and women of the US Army in July.
Keep an eye out for a show in your area. Also check out our new review in the
reviews section from Lior Stein of Metalexpress radio. Thrash on!
11-22-08
We would like to thank all our fans that
became part of the Attackhead tribe this year. We are taking the Holidays off
from performing to be with our friends and families and to write some new
material. So far we have 4 new brutal, maniacal tunes that are shaping up
nicely. We will be back on the road early next year to continue our sonic
assault. Keep an eye on the Shows page for our next performance. Thanks
again for all your support.
11-09-08
Greeting Attackhead rivet heads.
Sorry its been so long since our last update but we have been pretty busy. Since
the last update we have played in Las Vegas and Long beach and had great
experiences on both occasions. We made a new connection with Evil Leprechaun
Promotions in Las Vegas and look forward to doing more shows with them and Black
Magic Productions in the future. We have a very big show planned for Sat
November 22nd at the US Army base at Ft. Irwin, CA. They are really rolling out
the red carpet for us and we plan to give them some brutal old school metal for
their troubles. Also we are working on an endorsement deal with an awesome
clothing company called Bad Bones. Mark has been wearing their clothes for years
and hopefully we will be able to work out a deal with them. We will let you know
if and when this deal happens. Don't forget to keep your eye on the upcoming
shows page for future gigs in your area. Stay Metal!!!

Well we shot the performance footage for
our new "Waste of Life" music video on Saturday Aug 16th and it went great. The
filming was done at an abandoned Christian camp in the San Bernardino mountains
that was destroyed by a mudslide on Christmas day, 2003. 14 people died during
the mudslide. I have put together and posted a "making of" video in the video
section so check that out as soon as possible. The storyline footage for the
video should be done this week and hopefully the video will be out by the end of
the month. The interview with Street Blast radio went great and you can hear it
in the interview section. We covered a lot of ground and many secrets were
revealed so be sure to listen to it.
We are prepping for our show on Sept 6th
and will be debuting 2 new songs, Rebirth and Possessed. Both songs kick ass and
keep up the Attackhead tradition. Keep an eye on the gig section for new shows
in your area.
08-10-08

other online retailers. Keep it Metal.
02-22-08
The new Attackhead CD "Voices in the Dark"
is now available at CDmaximum.com. The
tracks have been sent to Itunes but it takes several weeks for them to get them
up on the list. We have also sent the CD to radio stations around the globe as
well as XM and Sirius. Who knows maybe you'll hear us on the radio in your area
soon. We are playing a show at Rude Dogs in Covina on March 15th, 2008 with
Substance A. For more info go to our upcoming gigs
section. Thanks for all your support and remember "Metal rules".
02-11-08

sales to the organization. The Melanoma Research Foundations mission is to
support medical research for finding effective treatments and eventually a cure
for melanoma, to educate patients and physicians about the prevention, diagnosis
and treatment of melanoma and finally to act as an advocate for the melanoma
community to raise the awareness of this disease and the need for a cure.
MRF is the largest
private, national organization devoted to melanoma in the United States, and is
a leading force in the efforts to increase federal funding. Go to
www.melanoma.org for more information on
this great organization.
12-29-07
Attackhead is announcing the creation of
the Official Attackhead Fan Club. There are now two ways to become a member of
the Fan Club and become an Official "Rioter". The first way is to send an E-mail
to Attackheadmusic@aol.com Attn:
Riot Squad. In this E-mail include your name, mailing address and E-mail. You
can also tell us something about yourself if you want, your favorite Attackhead
song or anything else you want to say. The second way is through the Postal
service. You can send a letter to Attackhead Riot Squad, PO Box 347, Crestline,
CA. 92325. In the letter be sure to include your name, mailing address and any
other info you think we should have. With your submission you will receive
a 8x10 Photo of the band autographed by all four members and an AH sticker.
See the new Fan Club page for other info.
On another note the CD is in the final
stages of mixing and mastering and after that it will be off to the replicators.
All seems to be on schedule for a late January release. The disc has 10
music tracks and 2 intro tracks. All the CD artwork is being done by Chris
Sexton of Wacky Shack designs out of Orange County, CA. The artwork is one of a
kind and is sure to make an impression. Remember Cuffed and Chained, Pleasure is
Pain.
12-11-07
Well we just finished 4 days in the studio
and have several more days of recording left with about a week of editing and
mixing after that but so far everything is sounding awesome. We are recording at
Blue Dragon Studios in Lake Arrowhead, CA. Our engineer is Wil Frey who owns the
studio. Wil is great to work with and is a wiz at Pro Tools. If all goes
according to schedule the new CD should be out shortly after the new year. It
will be available on line and also at our shows so don't miss out on this one it
will definitely be a keeper.
12-02-07
Attackhead has been playing a lot of shows
over the last couple of months but for the month of December our main goal is to
get the CD finished and out on the streets. We have added a couple of new songs
which will be on the disc and there is certainly no shortage of shred and
mayhem. We have already booked our first show for the new year at Friar Tucks in
Pomona. The show is on January 11th with our friends Neurotoxin and it's FREE.
It should be an awesome show and we hope to see you all there. I will send out
the word when the CD is available. After the recording I am at the mercy of the
replicators so hopefully by the show at Friar Tucks it will be out but we will
see. Stay metal and we'll see you all soon.
09-30-07
All our recent shows have been great and
we would like to thank you all for supporting us. We are on a regular gig
schedule now so keep an eye of the upcoming shows section. We are entering the
recording studio ( a professional one this time) on 12-06 to begin work on our
10 song CD which if all goes well should be available shortly after the new
year. Once the CD is out we will be having a release party (location to be
determined) and you will be able to purchase the disk worldwide via the
internet. Stay tuned for future updates. Metal rules.
08-13-07
Well things have finally settled down at
the Attackhead camp. The big news is that Ben Clor is no longer with Attackhead.
He went his separate way and we wish him all the best. We replaced him with our
old guitar player Chris Bargados. Chris played bass for many years before
switching to guitar so he had no problem taking on his new role. To fill Chris's
shoes we recruited guitarist George Portoulas from Substance A. He has caught on
rather quickly and we are hoping to make our debut with the new line-up on Sept.
15th at the Tropics Lounge. We have several new songs that are even more
technical than before so come check it out. As soon as the gig is confirmed I
will post it in the Upcoming shows section. Also we never went in the recording
studio due to the problems we were having but plan to record a full length CD
within the next couple of months. Thanks to everyone for your support and we
look forward to seeing you at the shows.
04-17-07
Attackhead will be entering the recording
studio in May to record a 10 song CD which will be available throughout the US
and Europe hopefully by mid-summer. Our last recording session ended without a
finished product. We have found a new
recording studio and a professional engineer for the upcoming project. Once the
CD is completed we will be back on the road to promote the new CD. Check back
often for updated news. Hope to see you out there.
